The Company " SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL PARK OF EPIRUS SA" was founded in September 2003 with the legal form of S.A. The headquarters of the Company is located in the Municipality of Ioannina and its offices in the area of the University of Ioannina. The main activity of the Company is the management and development of the Scientific and Technological Park of Epirus. The initial share composition of STEPE S.A. was 146,500 (2,930 shares with a nominal value of 50 Euros each). The existing stock composition of STEPE S.A. amounts to 404,500 Euros and is divided into 8,090 common registered shares, worth 50 Euros. The share capital increase was carried out following a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 2, 2004 and certified by a decision of the General Meeting on December 29, 2004.
