The Epirus Science and Technology Park is located in a 4,450 sq.m. building. located at the University of Ioannina. The building is built on a plot of land with a total area of 16 acres. The building and the plot have been granted by the University of Ioannina for 25 years to the management company of the Scientific and Technological Park of Epirus S.A.

It consists of a ground floor space of 2,900 sq.m., which includes 17 incubators, the administration of S.TE.P.E. S.A., Conference Center – Amphitheater 320 sq.m. and 2 Meeting Rooms 44 sq.m. (15-20 people). In addition, it is used for hosting companies and the properly configured underground space covering approximately 700 sq.m.

The total space available for rent is 1200 sq.m. on the ground floor and 600 in the basement of the building.
